The traditional condensate recovery system is that condensate is discharged from the heat-using equipment, enters the open condensate tank through a water evacuator, is sent back to the boiler room by the condensate pump, mixed with softening and de-oxygenation, and then sent to the boiler through the boiler pump. In this open system, condensate flashing occurs when it enters the open condensate tank.
This causes two problems: first, the loss of condensate when flash steam enters the atmosphere, and secondly, the condensation heat taken away by flash steam, which lowers the temperature of condensate. Therefore, the open condensate recycling system causes both heat and condensate loss, and the secondary steam entering the atmosphere causes thermal pollution to the surrounding environment.
In order to solve this problem, Bett, after years of practice and summary, based on the current domestic and foreign "liquid-liquid injection" and "pneumatic water return" technologies, developed and produced a high-temperature condensate recovery device suitable for a variety of operating conditions, overcoming the steam and water transport of two streams and water transport problems of the two streams.
The condensate return is composed of a flash tank, a decontaminator, a condensate quick discharge device, a pressure balancing device, a cavitation eliminator, a water storage tank, and a liquid level transducer.
When the high-temperature condensate enters the flash tank, the separation of vapor and water is carried out in the tank, and the condensate flows into the water storage tank through the quick discharge device, and the production of secondary gas is sent into the condensate pump discharge pipe through the lead injection device, so that the flash steam can be sealed and recovered.
Flash steam tank due to the gas and liquid constantly excluded, so that the pressure in the flash tank always remain lower than the pressure of the condensate discharge outlet of the heat equipment, thus ensuring that the back pressure of the return water can enter smoothly even in the case of the lower.
The flash tank is connected to the water storage tank through a quick discharge device, and in order to let the condensate flow into the water storage tank quickly, a pressure balancing device is set up in the tank.
Usually, its working pressure is set at 0.1MPa or less, and in the actual selection, the corresponding tank working pressure will be selected according to the high or low back pressure of the return water, so that the tank will always remain sealed.
It is widely used in industrial sectors such as petrochemical, medicine, food, heat, metallurgy, rubber, automobile and steam boiler condensate recovery system in hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, office units, also suitable for civil steam heating and central air conditioning refrigeration system. It is the newer product of open condensate tank, which plays an important role in energy saving and environmental protection.
