The high-efficiency intelligent constant pressure plate-finheat exchange unit is equivalent to a complete "heat exchange station" and "constant pressure station", which concentrates heat exchange and control the pressure of the pipe network. The principle is that the heat medium on the primary side enters the plate heat exchanger through the temperature control system to release heat and then discharges into the condensate water tank; the low temperature water on the secondary side enters the plate heat exchanger through the circulating pump and then is sent out. The temperature sensor is located at the water outlet of the secondary side, which feeds back the temperature signal to the temperature control system, and adjusts the flow of the heat medium to control the temperature of the water outlet on the secondary side. The stabilized pump receives the pressure signal from the pressure sensor, and automatically supplies water to the pipe network. At the same time, the water also enters the constant pressure tank. When the water pressure of the pipe network reaches a certain pressure, the water supply is stopped. The constant pressure tank is used to keep the pressure of the pipe network constant.

Install

 

1. The unit should be installed on the basis of 100-200mm above the ground, and flattened with rubber pads to prevent tilting, no need to fix.
 
2. When setting the foundation of the unit, a maintenance and operation space of 1-1.5m must be reserved around it.
 
3. When handling or installing, only use force on the basis of the unit, and pay attention to the protection of each part of the unit.
 
4. Strictly check whether the unit is abnormal before installation. After confirming that it is correct, connect the pipeline

5. Do a pressure test on the unit and connecting pipelines within the working pressure range.
