Product Description

The automatic dosing device adopts advanced fluorescent tracer technology to trace the corrosion and scale inhibitors first. After the dosing, when the circulating water flows into the water sample collector through the bypass, the traced chemicals are captured by the instrument. Activated by monochromatic light to produce fluorescence, the fluorescence intensity is linearly related to the concentration of the drug.

The inside of the instrument uses a stable low-power light source and a high-precision photoelectric converter. The light is reflected to the photoelectric converter to generate a weak current. The weak current is amplified by a high-power amplifier and processed by a single-chip microcomputer to output two 4-20mA current signals. : One 4-20mA current signal goes to the tension machine, which can be man-machine dialogue to realize automatic supervision; the other 4-20mA current signal goes to control the dosing pump. The instrument can use PID to output control according to the control value set manually. When the error is large, use the fuzzy algorithm to adjust to eliminate the phenomenon of PID saturation integration; when the error tends to be small, use the improved PID algorithm to adjust, and can During the adjustment, it automatically learns and memorizes some characteristics of the controlled object to optimize the control effect.

Its output control signal directly controls the dosing amount of the dosing pump, and at this time the actual dosing amount and the consumption of the medicine in the circulating water reach a dynamic balance. At this time, the active ingredients in the medicine are monitored by the controller at any time, and the automatic dosing is completed.
