Working Principle

The ball collector sends the rubber balls into the condenser, and the rubber balls rely on the high flow rate of the cooling water to scrub off the dirt on the inner wall of the heat exchange copper tube of the condenser, and the rubber balls are recovered through the ball water separator at the cooling water outlet. The ball tube returns to the ball collector to form a cleaning cycle. The cleaning frequency is set through the PLC intelligent control box to achieve the automatic online cleaning function, and the inner wall of the condenser is always kept clean, the heat exchange efficiency is the highest, and the cooling efficiency of the chiller is the highest.

1. Ball Serving Device

Rubber Ball Selection

1. Standard Peeling Rubber Balls

Rubber balls are made of natural rubber plus foam and special additives. Standard peeling gumballs can be used with a variety of gumball cleaning equipment and water quality.
