Working Principle
The shallow medium filter uses natural sea sand as the filter medium. Product Features
1) The filter has two observation and inspection ports, the top is used for observation and feeding, and the bottom is used for emptying and maintenance. Each port adopts a completely leak-proof design. The system adopts the principle of hydraulic sealing, which is safe and reliable.
2) The unique 55 mushroom-shaped differential pressure compensation filter water collectors are the water pressure level of each part of the system in the filtering state. Balanced, high filtration flow rate and high efficiency, in the state of backwashing, an internal circulation is formed, and the backwashing efficiency is high and does not run off sand.
3) The water distributor makes the unfiltered water flow evenly through the packing layer even in the case of high flow, Maintain a flat water surface on the material layer.
4) The filter shell is made of stainless steel, steel lined with rubber or all plastic, with high efficiency and high pressure-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. The integral spherical shell can withstand the pressure of 0.59Mpa.
